FLAT COLORS
★ bust: $20
★ half body: $25

PAYMENT INFO
★ each price counts per character (ex: a $20 flat color bust for 2 characters in a single artwork is $40)★ simple backgrounds (ex: transparent, flat colors, patterns) are free for both flat color artworks or fully shaded artworks★ detailed backgrounds are an additional $10 for flat colors or $20 for a fully rendered piece★ payment is recieved through cashapp or paypal. i do not accept any other methods at this time. any money recieved will be automatically converted into usd★ i will not start a commission unless full payment is received upfront★ full (100%) refund if i cancel the commission myself, or when the client requests to cancel when the art hasn't been started/still early in the process, such as the sketch stage★ half (50%) refund if the client requests to cancel the commission when the art is past the sketch phase★ there will be no refunds after a commission is fully finished or near completion★ all currently listed prices are non-negotiable. however, my prices can update at any time if i choose to do so

TERMS OF SERVICE

★ i reserve all rights and ownership to any art that i create, including commissioned work. therefore, i am able to publicly post and do whatever else i want with my art★ you will recieve your commission in full quality by my email or through discord★ i have the right to deny any commission if it discomforts me, i am unable to draw it, or for any other reason★ i may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on how busy i am. i will notify you asap if any delays happen. let me know beforehand of any important deadlines. do not rush me to complete your commission★ i accept commissions primarily for personal/non-monetary use. if a commissioned artwork is purposed for commercial/monetary use, please discuss further details with me★ provide plenty of references, preferably images. i will not rely solely on a text description to draw a character★ i will contact you often to provide updates and send screenshots of each stage on my progress. don't be afraid to ask if you want me to make any changes during the process, as i wont be willing to make any more major changes once the art is near completion or finished★ make sure to keep in contact with me often through email/instagram/tumblr/discord. if you fail to respond for an extended period of time, i may cancel the commission★ you are free to use commissioned art or repost it as long as i am properly credited. do not claim my art as yours and do not edit out my signature from any work recieved from me★ do not use any commissioned art for ai, nfts, harmful/hateful intent, etc. do not sell my art unless i have explicity given you permission★ if you break any of my tos, you will not be allowed to commission me again
